Scranton, PA – June 19, 2025 – Loop Internet, the region’s fastest-growing fiber provider, has
officially announced a new partnership with Tablo, the first to enable whole-home viewing,
recording of over-the-air (OTA) broadcast television and curated free ad-supported streaming
television (FAST) channels without a subscription. Starting this month, Loop customers will be
able to purchase Tablo devices directly through Loop, making it easier than ever to cut the cord
without missing live local channels. The 4 tuner device with DVR capabilities is a game changer.
With Tablo, customers can stream and record free broadcast TV like ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, and
PBS right to their compatible smart TVs, phones, or tablets. The devices pair perfectly with
Loop’s ultra-reliable fiber internet, giving users a buffer-free, cable-free way to enjoy everything
from local news and weather to prime-time shows and sports. Customers will be able to receive
dozens of live channels using the Tablo device.
We’re always looking for ways to bring more value to our customers,” said Jason
Wasmanski, General Manager at Loop Internet. “Tablo is the perfect solution for anyone
fed up with expensive subscription fees for cable or streaming services but still wants
access to local channels.” For a one-time fee, customers can have the device
professionally installed by a Loop technician with no ongoing monthly fees.
You’re replacing a $100-a-month cable or streaming bill with a simple one-time purchase.
That’s over $1,200 a year back in someone’s pocket. This new offering is part of Loop’s
broader mission to simplify home entertainment while offering affordable,
high-performance alternatives to traditional cable and satellite services.
