Once Loop Fiber is available at your address, we’ll handle the rest. Our expert team will install the necessary equipment, make sure everything’s working perfectly, and leave your home exactly how we found it, only faster.
Installation Process
Property Assessment
We’ll determine whether your fiber line will be installed overhead or underground based on your property’s layout.
Scheduling Your Install
You’ll get a notification to schedule your installation. We’ll work around your availability and keep it quick and efficient.
Bringing Fiber to Your Home
Our team connects your home to the Loop Fiber network. This might involve running a cable from a nearby pole or underground access point directly to your property. If your fiber is installed underground, we may place the cable temporarily on the surface for your install — but don’t worry, we’ll return to professionally bury it within one week of your installation date.
ONT + Router Setup
We install an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) on an exterior wall and connect it to your router inside. Don’t worry—we’ll help pick the best location for strong Wi-Fi coverage.
Testing + Go Time
We’ll run diagnostics, test speeds, and make sure you’re 100% up and running before we head out. No tech skills required.
What You’ll Need
- An adult (18+) must be present during installation
- Clear access to the areas where we’ll be working
- Your Loop-provided or compatible router (or we’ll supply one)
After Installation
You’ll be online immediately after install.
